Return Policy

At Kyte Car Parts, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of automotive oils and fluids, all sales are final, and products are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

If you believe your case qualifies, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return (If Approved)

To be eligible for a return (only if approved), the item must be:

  • Video recorded before unboxing or opening the package.
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at info@kytecarparts.com. Do not send any items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Post Return Approval

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Or we will arrange the return from our courier partner.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products in opened or used condition
  • Engine oils, lubricants, additives, and other automotive fluids, unless damaged upon delivery
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Refunds

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please contact us with your order id at info@kytecarparts.com.
