SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of our service area and wish to place a large or special order, please contact us directly to explore custom solutions.


SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may be extended.


SECTION 3 - SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to deliver your order safely and promptly. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are out of our control.


SECTION 4 - SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The total shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value threshold (as advertised on our site).

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.


SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier link. You can use this to track your order in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.


SECTION 6 - DELIVERY ISSUES

Failed Deliveries:

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the item may be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a reshipping fee for subsequent delivery attempts.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

In rare cases where a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund as per our discretion.


SECTION 7 - MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives with missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@kytecarparts.com with clearly recorded video & photos of the unboxing, packaging and product(s). We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
